Orders will generally ship the following day depending on volume. Australia Post delivery times are variable depending on your area. If you have not received your parcel within a fortnight, please contact me via personal message or text message.

Orders under $75 – $9.95 Regular postage which includes tracking
Orders $75 & Over – FREE postage with tracking
Express postage – $15.00 with tracking (Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee)
Orders typically ship within 3 business days. This is subject to purchase which falls on Public Holidays, Weekends or Festive Seasons such as Christmas, Easter etc.

Flat Rate $19.95 for all items. Tracking Included.

We ship all orders in good faith and do not take any responsibility for orders that become lost in the mail, held in transit or in-transit to your postal address. Unfortunately these things are out of our control. Every endeavour is taken to ensure the product is not damaged or faulty prior to posting the item to you.
Refunds & returns
Please choose carefully. As noted in the disclaimer, JoJo’s earrings and Homewares are all hand made. They may have slight imperfections which does not distract from their beauty. As a handmade item, small imperfections add to the character of the piece and distinguish them as a handmade item. These are not mass produced and each item is unique. We do not give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please read the description carefully and view photos. All questions and queries are welcomed. You can choose between a refund or exchange when goods are faulty.
As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to JoJo’s Boom in the original condition and packaging intact within 21 days of purchase. If you have any problems or queries, small or large, please contact me at jo@jojosboom.com.au to discuss.
